Delete your account and data
You can delete your Ila account and everything linked to it at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Ila and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This immediately deletes your account (email and sign-in details) and all your encrypted cloud backups. It doesn't touch the diary on your phone. To remove that too, use Settings → Your data → Erase this phone's diary, or uninstall Ila.
Without the app
Email rishi007.pandey@live.com with the subject "Delete my Ila account", from the email address you signed up with (or tell us the Google account you used). We'll confirm it's you and delete your account and all cloud backups within 30 days, then reply to confirm.
What is deleted
