Terms of use
Using Ila
Last updated 26 September 2026
Ila is a free app by Rishi Pandey, an independent developer in India. By using Ila you agree to these terms.
Ila is a diary, not medical advice
Ila helps you record your cycle and how you feel. It does not diagnose any condition, predict fertility or pregnancy, or provide contraception advice. Next-period estimates are simple calculations from what you've logged. They aren't clinically validated and can be wrong. If something about your health worries you, please talk to a qualified doctor.
Your data
How Ila handles data is described in the privacy policy. You're responsible for keeping your phone, your account password and your recovery code safe. If you lose both your password and your recovery code, no one can recover your encrypted cloud backup.
Fair use
Please don't try to break into other people's accounts or backups, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it to harm others.
No warranty
Ila is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss of data or other damages from using the app. Keep a backup of anything important.
Changes and ending
We may update Ila or these terms; the date above will change. You can stop using Ila and delete your data at any time (see delete account). These terms are governed by the laws of India.
